Order Entry - Administration - Customer Service

The Role

• Process incoming sales orders and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise between departments to ensure products are to customer specifications
• Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers
• Manage customer enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Provide updates on stock availability and ETA's
• Escalate customer complaints to relevant department for prompt resolution

What You'll Bring

• Strong customer focus and the ability to build strong relationships
• High attention to detail with a keen eye for picking up errors
• Fast and highly accurate data entry speed
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in an order entry role or high-volume data processing role

The successful person must be able to demonstrate a background in high volume data processing. Your passion for detail and your ability to process orders with a high level of accuracy is essential for success in this role. Candidates who have previous experience processing sales orders will be held in high regard.
