We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Support Specialist to join Rinnai in a full-time capacity, based at our Berrinba site.
About the role:
- Providing onsite technical/field support as required to support our Warranty and Service Contractor network
- Resolving escalated product related faults, installation issues, service, or customer satisfaction enquiries
- Facilitating Refrigeration, and related product technical service training to relevant technical stakeholders
- Completing product investigations and assessments as required with Field Quality Management support
- Working with all stakeholders to drive the Company's Customer First philosophy
About you:
- A current trade qualification and licensing in refrigerated cooling and air-conditioning, and electrical connect/disconnect
- Practical and theoretical background relating to the functions, operation, installation, servicing, and repair of relevant comfort appliances and ideally combined hot water products.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations including refrigeration product installation
- Effective background or capability to provide product technical training
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation capabilities
- Experience with related plumbing, gas fitting or electrical water heating products would be well-regarded.
